Heinchon's is located at Route 22, Pawling, NY 12564. Heinchon's is still owned and operated by the Heinchon family. The Heinchon Dairy was started by Daniel Heinchon in 1923 in Pawling, NY. Deliveries of milk were made on foot and by horse and wagon. Today, "ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and more, are all home made using only natural ingredients".

McKinney & Doyle, Fine Foods Café and Bakery, serving New American cuisine, is located at 10 Charles Coleman Blvd., Pawling NY 12564, Dutchess County in the Hudson Valley . . . In 1991, McKinney & Doyle moved the bakery two blocks into the village of Pawling and opened The Fine Foods Cafe. A 120-year-old brick building was chosen as the new location to house both shops. Their philosophy of "serious cuisine in a not so serious atmosphere" transformed the restaurant into a true food destination.
