Dena Sperling, LCSW, PLLC, is located in New City, NY 10956 in Rockland County. My motto is, "Short term therapy for long term happiness." You are in my office to "fix" or improve a problem; I know you want results as well as help. I offer you techniques to improve self awareness and empowerment successfully enabling you to experience positive growth continuously. This works for any age person. These are techniques anyone can practice on his own once learned. My major areas of focus include: anger, behavior and stress management for all ages, divorce and marital issues, grief and illness, infertility and adoption, neurological disorders eg: ADHD, epilepsy, learning differences, self-awareness and forgiveness, and elder care living.
