"We have traveled all over the world with our family. We exposed our two children to art; both ancient and folk, antiques and design. It must have rubbed off on them as our son Greg is still in constant motion working on global issues and our daughter Rebekah after 10 years on her own has chosen to become our partner in the Kingston, New York antiques business. Today, we are as active as ever buying, selling and advising our clients but we have happily lit an additional torch with Rebekah.

"We recently opened a large and wonderful antiques and furniture shop in Kingston, New York, in an old industrial building. Rebekah not only manages the Kingston furniture and antiques shop, but along with her partner Seamus, has added her aesthetic with a fresh, young, enthusiasm to the mix adding industrial, mid-century modern and design services for her own clientele. Seamus and Rebekah are the Judy and Jim Milne of thirty years ago. As with us, they each have their own strengths which translate into quality service for their customers. Seamus restores, helps us set up at shows and builds what they both design. Rebekah is the face of the Kingston Hudson Valley store and buys and sells and has a knack for translating her clients’ desires into design for their homes. Their energy and commitment is amazing to see.

"The shop has rapidly become a happy, chaotic mix of young forward-thinking design elements under Rebekah’s At Home Antiques label peppered throughout the wonderful mix of Milne’s favorite folk art, furniture, paintings and antiques for the garden. And of course, we still consult for private clients and build collections."
