The mission of the Sleepy Hollow Police Department is to enhance the quality of life within our Village by providing the community with the highest quality law enforcement services possible. We pledge to achieve this through working cooperatively with the public, and guided by the principles set forth within the constitutions of the United States and the State of New York, to enforce the law, preserve the peace, reduce the fear of crime and provide a safe environment for our citizens, while respecting the rights and dignity of all persons.
