Like many restaurants that have been touted as having “the best” of anything, service is often forgotten. Piper’s burger is certainly the best in Westchester and one of the best…period. Onion soup, onion rings, & nachos are great too. If you like your burger on the rarer side, be sure to “under order” according to your prefered doneness. After many burgers, I’ve learned to hedge my bet! Overlook the faults of this place-this burger is phenomenal!
