A Bit of History
Our Maple Syrup production has been in the family for four generations dating back to 1898. In 1991 we acquired sole proprietorship and Partridge Sugar House was formed. The company started with a minimum amount of tree taps and a small evaporator selling the finished product to neighbors, friends and the occasional passer-by . . .
Today we have about 2500 taps and produce 500-700 gallons of maple syrup a year.

Christman's Windham House is located at 5742 Route 23, Windham, NY 12496 in Greene County. This 18-hole mountain style course and restaurant are set on 300-acres of lush lawn and woodland. Stanley Christman was the arhitect for Christman's Windham House which was opened to public in 1962. Surrounding the historic inn, five Colonial-style buildings accommodate guests in modern facilities while preserving the setting's rural charm.
Christman's has two l Golf Courses filled with memorable golf holes and wonderful views. The Valley 9 is complimented by a Driving Range and a complete Golf Learning Facility. The Mountain 18 is a championship, character filled, regulation course of 7000 plus yards from the back, (black) tees.

Windham Country Club is an 18-hole public golf course located at 36 South Street, Windham, NY 12496; in the scenic Northern Catskills of New York State. Golf Digest rates Windham Country Club 3 1/2 stars, and a "must" play.
The course is scenic and challenging. The blue tees rate a modest 70.4 with a slope of 120. At 6005 yards, the course plays tougher than expected. Women, seniors and juniors love the forward tees at 4651 yards; the rating is 69.2 with a slope of 112. Windham Golf offers a five-acre driving range, two putting greens, lockers, bag storage, and a Pro Shop that is award-winning.

Windham Mountain is located at 33 Clarence D. Lane Road, Windham NY 12496, Greene County in the Hudson Valley. Windham is known for being a family-oriented ski resort. The town has over 20 restaurants and pubs, wonderful boutiques and shops, and a whole range of enjoyable activities.
One of the best ice skating centers in the region is located at the Windham Mountain Adventure Park on South Street, just 1/8 of a mile west of the ski area. Right next to the snow tubing area, you'll find a 120' x 60' skating area and a warming center complete with skate rentals.
If your children aren’t quite ready for the slopes, the Children's Learning Center offers supervised indoor care and entertainment to keep young minds engaged and happy. The Children's Learning Center is located conveniently in the Base Lodge; it has a bright, cozy space that kids warm up to very quickly.
